Dropsby mitähäComment: It looks like the kids are having fun in the spray. My only critique is that by cropping off the top of the water arch, you've disrupted the flow of the line it generates. |

Cliffsby faidoiComment: I like the contrast you used in converting this image to B&W. My only suggestion would be to crop some of the sky, as it has no detail and is not effective use of negative space. |

Beach Fishingby Tap10Comment: I didn't even see the fishing pole until I came back to comment. If you had proped it up so it was shiloetted against the sky, it would have been more noticeable and would have helped the pier in the foreground to fit into the image a little better. |

Rainbow Beachby StagoleeComment: You captured the rainbow very well and there is nothing I could remotely suggest for improving this image from a technical standpoint. Like several images in this challenge, your score will reflect how the image connects with the voters more than on technical issues. |

Splash!by Delta_6Comment: You recognized an interesting wave - beach interaction and timed the action perfectly. The image does suffer from a slight tilt of the horizon. |

Appreciationby jrjrComment: The positioning of the setting sun behind the surfboard produces dramatic backlighting for this image. My only suggestion for improvement would be to move a little to the right to include all of the surfboard and thus, move the main subject off center. |

Quality Timeby rbennyComment: The backlighting makes this image very unique in this challenge. This image deserves to place well and if it doesn̢۪t, it won̢۪t be from any technical shortcomings of the image, just personal preference of the voters. |

Breakwaterby nordicgirlComment: The coloration and textures in this image are very interesting and well done. I wish I could see more of the end of the break wall, as it to a few moments to see that the wall has more dimension to it. |

The Fishing Poleby lifternessjtComment: I like the setup of this image, as it is very serene. The greens are slightly over saturated for my tastes. No offence intended if the color of the grass is accurate. It̢۪s just my opinion regarding how it appears from my vantage point. |
