I like this better than the other northern lights shot because it has more context. I can imagine the glow as a magical spell here, maybe from a passing wizard or witch. I also love night shots that incorporate stars. 6.

The color here, or more specifically lack thereof, adds a nice street feeling to the image for me. His intense concentration is interesting to see. My only concern is that the woman with her arms folded is distracting, even though you did a nice job of blurring out the audience. Perhaps a different crop would help with that? 6.

This is a nice image, and I got the mystery angle immediately from the image. The title is a bit heavy-handed for me; I prefer titles to be icing on the cake, not the tool to explain why the image fits. Just one opinion, of course ... 6.

Neat image! All of the elements come together nicely - the off-center magnifying glass, the fingerprints, and the diagonal of the knife. The blacklight also adds a modern touch. And the bright contrasts great with the dim blue. 7.

I liked all of the levitation images, but this was the best. The intensity of his gaze is something else, and I like how you got his eye into the same space with the floating object. I hope you share how you did it. 8.

I like this shot a lot. The soft focus works well here. Her skin tones contrasts beautifully with the dark leaves around her. I also like how her face and hair fade smoothly into the darkness around her face. 8.
