In Central Parkby mkramarcComment: Nice framing of the scene with the shadows. I just don't find much of interest in that scene, so my eye wanders around looking for an anchor. |

Baker Lakeby margiemuComment: Very pretty. I might have cropped it to be more symmetrical top and bottom, but I'm not sure. |

Field of Dreamsby PedroComment: They look so unhappy! I like how the plants (wheat?) are blurry while they're sharper - adds a fantasy feel. A tighter crop on top, like just below the cloud on the upper right, would've kept my eye from wandering off the couple and emphasized the field in the title. |

Violet Sparkleby LN13Comment: I really like the colors and the composition. Take this again for the rule of thirds challenge. :) But the yellow parts could be sharper, to really grab the eye once it lands there. |

Wading in the Waterby JEFFJSBComment: Beautiful. Could have been in either the zen or silhouette challenges, too. :)
I really like the negative space. |

Fifty thousand degrees...three hundred millisecondsby DrAchooComment: Wow. Lightning shots are always cool, but this is truly incredible. Your framing with the foreground pole is good, and the colors are very nice.
But what makes me really gawk is the tiny power poles on the horizon. I'm glad you pointed them out, because you're right: they really give a sense of the enormity of lightning and the raw power they represent.
Going in my favorites to keep your other shots in there company. :) |

Creepby NiteseadComment: Can't see anything but a small barely visible triangle. |

Contemplationby JasComment: Great leading lines everywhere, taking me in to the subject. Careful about the titled horizon, though. |
