AAAAHHHH. She is so cute. Just had to see who commented on my Lexie. Great to see another Shih Tzu owner. I have always been an admirer of B/W photos. This is a great B/W photo of Zoe. Shows alot of detail and expression. Very good DOF and nice crisp focus on the eyes.

Very nice photo. I love the warm tones. The lighting is great because nothing is blown out. This would have been a great fill the frame or centered compostion or even leading lines. Your eyes is drawn to the center.

This is an absolutely wonderful B/W photo. I love the fact it is not the typical beautiful woman with flawless skin and it is not a really weathered face. You are somewhere in between which is a pleasant change. The composition is very nice and I like how the hair frames your face. You do look shy so the title is perfect. The focus on the one eye is a nice crisp focus. Probably should have the other eye/face in focus too but it is not distracting and does not take away from the photo. As for the lighting WOW! It really makes your hair stand out from the black background. Great job and I hope you do well.

Congratulations on your 11th place. I didn't get a chance to vote but I would have scored it high if I did. I love the blue fiber-optic light. Good idea to put them in a arch and then rotate the photo later. Gave it a great effect.
