Easy Cookies....1..2..3....by tfarrell23Comment: I made some of these cookies this evening too! Wonderfully easy recipe. The color of the cookies is good, although the light on them seems a little uneven with more on the front than the back, which also makes the peanut butter container a little in the shadow too. Compositionally it doesnt really feel that balanced, perhaps it is the jug that's throwing it off some. The angle on the cookies is good, although it looks a little off on the containers. |

Rice-Stuffed Cornish Hensby SonifoComment: Lots of color, but maybe just a little too busy. The eyes are wandering looking for a focus and it's hard to stop on just one thing, even though the hens are obviously the main attraction. It looks like a big family feast, and a lot of work went into both the preparation and the presentation of the shot. The angle isnt bad, and I could see this accompanying the recipe, I just think it needed to be a little less cluttered. |

I Love New York...by tolyanchikComment: There seems to be a slight tilt to the image and i would have probably cropped out the heads of the people, but it's a good traditional, familiar view of NY. |

High Riseby ScantyNebulaComment: The sepia gives the image a nice dramatic feel, as do the clouds. The perspective is interesting too as it's not the usual straight-on shot. I like it! |

Hot Dog Standby rheardComment: Cute! I like the different layers and the blurred background. It may be obviously fake but it shows an urban landscape to me! Very well set up. |

Where will urban end?by Lee31Comment: The capture of the rainbow is good, and I like the drama in the sky, but the image seems tilted or else the perspective is off and that seems to reduce the overall impact. |

The Bayou Cityby jab119Comment: Very crisp and clean with some nice color to the sky. The glow on the red/orange building on the left is good. The crop is good, although was tempted to say to lose the tree on the right but then you'd lose the color, but it's a nice addition of nature merging with the concrete jungle. The bottom part of the image seems a little dark, tho. Cropping it just below the bottom of the bridge would have removed the dark parts, but then you lose the water. Shame we cant do any dodge/burning in the challenge. Overall it's a good capture. |

Rush Hour 24:7by ImagineerComment: I think the motion blur is really the icing on the cake. The time of the shot coupled with the lights in the buildings is good, but the motion blur makes it stand out more than just another intersection shot. The title certainly compliments the image pretty well too. It reminds me of the travel home after work. |

M-46 Bridgeby inspzilComment: The lights and their reflections are very nice in the water, but it seems that is the main focus of the image. The rest of it seems a little dark, the bridge is a little flat and does not have much detail. It's certainly interesting, but I feel like it needed another focal point as well. |

waiting for the wind from the seaby kenboComment: The image seems to be tilted, which at first glance does not really compliment the composition, although looking at it for a while it's almost like the wind is knocking it over. Not sure if that was your intent, but I found it somewhat amusing. The colors in the clouds are nice and dramatic. |
