Great job on the lighting and composition to highlight the 'fan' effect. A darker border may have worked better here. The great detracts rather than enhances the image.

The model is more strikingly beautiful than the flowers I think. I would like to see a shot without the flower in the mouth. I think that may have had more appeal and aided the composition. The catch light in those radiant blues eyes is great.
