Ginsu Knifeby Bear_MusicComment: Robert, I can't figure out why, but the knife just doesn't look sharp to me. The edges appear soft. I can tell it's in focus because the "Santoku" is sharp. |

Who!!!! Says Its Too Late!! by cheegirlComment: Your pooooor model ... lol... and I thought I tortured mine. .. I like it good idea and good color and exposure.
Composition has a little to work on. Where's her feet? Make sure you don't cut off any limps in cropping. This is the single easiest way to ruin a composition. Also, move her a little to the left in the frame, that would provide more interest in the subject and help to contrast her against the snow (rule of thirds).... |

Already Takenby ashsComment: Good concept ... I do like it, but I think I would prefer it with a deeper DoF so that both the flower in hand and the girl are in reasonable focus. 7 |

Julieby AutumnCatComment: I don't know why nobody has commented on your portrait. It's actually a very lovely portrait.
Exposure is good in my opinion. However, the focus may be a bit soft. But, sometimes that's not a problem with the original photo as much as it is from resizing down. Try to sharpen the photo after resize.
Anyway, Happy Holidays to You and Yours... |
