Cycle of Boom and Bust.by ArtanComment: Took me a minute to put the title together with the real estate boom and bust. The bicycle threw me off. Creative shot, but newspapers are generally geared to those with a 9th grade education and this might go over thier heads. Clarify the title for me a bit. |
