Fluid Of Lifeby Qwest30Comment: Godd lighting and detail. How do you avoid getting paint on your camera? |

Roseby birkinComment: Beautiful detail and color. The water drops look suspended in air. Great clarity. 8 |

Flareby xianartComment: Oh, you talented, talented girl. It's artists like you that keep me comin' back in the belief that if I hang around long enough...This photo has it all - richly detailed subject in the foreground, middle ground expanse/negative space, distant horizon with beautiful sky - all obeying the rule of thirds. Throw in a starred reflection and a cool border and, voila!, wonderful lesson. Thanks. |

DAY 3. minimal edit. fence .by rozComment: This is a strong composition with good color and contrast. The main subject, however (the fence post), is almost all in shadows. In pp I'd like to see more detail in the fence. |

Day 1.2 - Maritime Museum of the Atlanticby xianartComment: Nice crop and pov. The diagonal lines contrast nicely with the grid on the floor. Great color combination, too. I just took and peak at the pp, and I gotta say I like the original better. I think the simplicity of the shot gets lost with all the effects. |

Day 1.1 - Peggy's Coveby xianartComment: I love the starkness of this photo. Nothing unnecessary. And, what a great exposure. Perfect detail in the cabin - even in the shadows beneath. I really don't know what you can do to improve this. I'm going to go see what you did in pp. Wow. OK, I stand corrected - there was plenty. Nice rich tones and even more detail. Masterful. And, the border is a nice touch, too. |

Day 2 - Street at Sunsetby Bruce_the_RobertComment: This is quite dark, so hard to comment on, but you have a lot to work with in editing. Beautiful sky and trees, so it'll just depend on what's in the rest. Looking forward to the finished piece. |

Day 1 Tracksby ElaineComment: Nice use of diagonal lines to create depth in your picture. My only suggestion is to not have cut off the top of the switch handle. Otherwise, nicely composed and exposed. Message edited by author 2007-03-12 11:42:52. |
