I like the simplicity of this. Interesting color choice.

Very creative idea. I'd like to see more through the opening. Did you move closer?

Personally I like this one better. The grass stands out better without the distracting color behind it.

Nice composition with good contrast. As dtremain says, it could be better focused.

Great tones. Are you using a polarizing filter here? The sky and the road are nicely balanced with a little extra weight on the road.

A trip to Home Depot (or Lowe's - I'm not advertising here) will land you a few inexpensive "desk" lamps of varying heights and proportions. Nice to have variable wattage switches if you can get them, or make a dimmer box out of parts from the bins. If you'd like a better description of how to make one PM me and I'd be glad to explain. With several variable light sources you can set up the shot the way it will look best through your viewfinder.

I wasn't believing a word of this until you explained that the moon was dropped in. Then it made sense. Wrong time of month to get a shot like that of the moon. Anyway, great job mixing your photos. The tree is well exposed, and makes a very believable foreground for the moon shot. This is a keeper.

Dylan, no one can turn a junk pile into a landscape like you can. Incredible.

This is just like my mother's WHICH STILL WORKS. Don't make em like that anymore, eh? I agree with //www.dpchallenge.com/profile.php?USER_ID=77196. Another low level light would bring out so much more in this shot.
