'Bee'ing in the Centerby skiefComment: Composition is a bit too busy and flash lighting a bit too harsh. Good detail is evident, though, as you can see the sap of the tree branch. Also, I like that background being dark black from use of the flash. |

sevenby slonkoComment: Though I like the contrast and drama between background and subjects, I find the lighting to be too uneven so that the out rim roses are not evenly lit. Compositionally, I would have preferred a different shooting angle. Perhaps directly over the center flower and with all the roses bunched closer to gether |

Do I Still Have Time to Enter?by TimboMacheteComment: A little dark on my monitor, but a good composition and technically well done otherwise. I just wish there was something in this photo to give some punch, like if the lavender of the clock face was lit up or if the lighting in general were more dramatic. As it is, the image leaves me feeling a little flat. |

Serendipity Essenceby anirenoComment: Marvelous tones and colors. Lighting is very good too as the glass is well defined and only one small hot spot at the top. Composition is a bit static as I think it could use a small accessory to be included in the image for interest and variety. |

Surprise Cereal Prizeby JesuispeureComment: Very good challenge concept but your lighting is too harsh creating hot spots and shadows. Also, the box at the top is out of focus. It would have had more impact for me if you'd have had a few corn flakes falling out of the box at the moment of exposure. |
