Pasta Spiral

I really thought we would see a lot of spaghetti shots in this challenge but you are the only one! I love the pattern formed here with ample space between the single strands. The title fits the photo as there really is a kind of spiral effect there. Even with this shot you have been able to apply the rule of thirds by placing the center of the spiral to the lower left which is good. It pulls the eye over to it. I like it, good job!

Now this photo is very simple but very effective. Pity the dots aren't exactly in the center of the squares though.

Great photo, very original and well composed. You have captured this one excellently, I can almost feel the breeze coming off the monitor into my face! Good job!

This is interesting and I must say original. The grating at the front seems to take away the whole attention of the flower.

The composition of this photo is good. The post processing has changed the whole photo into more of a digital art photo, very psychodelic. But the yellow is deifinitely there and the challenge therefore met.

This seems more gold than yellow really. The left hand side of the ring and the area under the ring is a little too blown out. I like the way you can see the reflection on the inside of the ring at the bottom.

Now that is yellow! I think this is going more in the direction of digital art considering the amount of post-processing applied. Nice composition and angle and yellow is dominant here so the challenge is also met.

This photo would have been a lot better without those people on the right there. They have been captured in a blur because of the slow shutter speed which in my opinion distracts my eyes too much. You have caught some great colors there though.

I would have cropped this so the main subject isn't so centered. Maybe if you had changed your shooting position a little to the right and taken the photo with both windows in thereby keeping the candle holder to the right. Using the rule of thirds and a little more focus on the candle holder would have done this photo a lot of justice.

It's yellow so it meets the challenge. It is also funny and the composition is good with the negative space on the right. It is just out of focus and a tad over saturated though.
