Really like this shot, the warmth of the colors on the boats, the lighting, and nice job technically on capturing the shadow detail in the boats. I also like the repeating shapes of wedges (clouds, land groups, bushes, boats). From a compostion standpoint I feel the boats are a bit overwhelming for the entire picture if you are looking at this as a landscape, if it is really about the boats then a crop on sky and midground bushes may have helped. Overall the composition is just not as balanced as it could be. Also needs a bit of border patrol, :-)

This is a very good shot my thoughts of course are just some suggestions, you've done a very nice job here. 8

I really like what you are doing here, the colors, reflection of the trees and clouds, and the colors. Your compostion tends to work against you (in my opinion) if your subject is the stillness of the wetlands. The high areas of contrast on the walkway, the strong lines (both implied and actual) and the brightest area of photo(end of walkway) all tend to take the eye along the walkway and out of the picture, away from your subject. You should try to shoot this under different lighting or different pov to use the walkway to take viewers into the picture. Good shot nevertheless, and good luck - 7

I really like this shot, in some ways I think it says alot about New Orleans. After such hard times, the sun is starting to come out, people on the street dancing and making music... all about their spirit and community. I think the processing adds to this feeling too. One of those pictures that has a lot to say beyond the DPC score. Not to mention fisheyes are fun!
