This one is miles above your first entry, so much that it doesn't even seem the work of the same person :)
For most shots this sparkly background would be distracting, but it ties in and highlights this one perfectly. I really enjoyed this entry; colour, clarity, lighting. The only thing maybe is the straightness and centering of it. My eye starts in the lower left and follows the chain up and around to travel left along the main part, so maybe if the lens part was shifted just a touch higher? It just seems TO ME that my eye would flow a little more smoothly along the sideways V that would create, rather than straight across. Does that make sense?

It lacks interest, mainly, I think, because of its centering. Cropping more from the left would encourage the eye to follow the sweep of the leaves toward the right. I'd try cropping about where that dark zigzag runs. Maybe a little fiddling with colour to reduce the yellows in the plant some and let the green pop more?

Lovely hydrangea. It reminds me of a praying mantis, the way it's reaching out from the stalk. In this case I think the border works, as it keeps my eye from wandering off into the grey, and is small enough to be inobtrusive.

Maybe a tighter crop on bottom to get rid of the bit of left leg? I find the negative space to the left drawing my eye to some extent down to her right leg rather than to the sweet baby. Good, even light on the baby, though :)
