Can't vote, but wanted to comment...
I loved the thumbnail but was a little disappointed when I clicked. She's fantastic and I like the idea of the isolation but for my tastes you took it a bit too far. Now I get more of the impression that she's posed in front a background instead of a part of the action, singled out. For me, it's almost an incredible shot.

Good idea, but more care could have been taken with the execution. Attention to detail is critical, especially in basic editing where you can't fix things in post-processing; things such as composing to avoid the little dark corner. I do like the lack of shadows, though.
