DPL Outtakeby krnodilComment: well, yes and no. because in this the panty liners are much less visually recognisable, in the other image they are more in your face. ewww. sorry about that. you know what i mean. the graininess of this is more dada, but the blatant panty liners in the other are equally so. Dadaist Panty Linersby krnodilComment: YAY! dadaism always gets a thumbs up from me! great album cover - well done indeed.
there can never be enough panty liner shots.
however - i really don't like that font and its colour. sorry. Message edited by author 2007-05-21 22:28:37. |

Ebb and Flowby escapetoozComment: a lovely image. well done. the movement, the colour, the blur, all superb. the only quibble i have is with the black border. i find that rather claustrophobic and harsh on an otherwise beautiful image. |

Dot Punk Loveby jaysonmcComment: i really like the shot too, but it wouldhave scored much higher laid out as a cover. the mystery of the shadow, the repeated patterns, all good. |

Mud Rugbyby emily212Comment: now this, i like. it reminds somwhat of a trick we used to do in art college. if you tear a polaroid off its backing as soon as it's developed, you can slap it down on some nice watercolour paper, run it through a press (or just stand on it), and you get an image very close to this in appearance. i'd love to see this 10 feet high on a gallery wall. a big gallery.
the cmposition works really well, and his positioning is wonderful - you can feel the pause to get the breath, holding hte wet arms out form his sides. great work, well done in doing what you wanted, rather than what you know will score well. |
