Autumnal Flow Originalby taljComment: The green are luxurious in this. Those smaller branches and twigs would need to be gardened out in my opinion. Greta shot though |

Flowing Waterby taljComment: This is really nice, just might have hacked off the top centimeter to clean up the lines. I like the way my eye follows the zig-zag line of the water. |

Small Flowby taljComment: Yes its a little bit out that bump. Probably needed another stop or two to get the extra DOF. Like the way you have compressed the image using the 70-200, thats excellent. The background is a little messt and might benefit from a quick tidy up before pressing the shutter. |

Autumn Leavesby taljComment: Wonderful golours and composition. The tree canopy in Padley Gorge can be a bit heavy, but for autmn colours and saturation its absolutely perfect. You have made good use of the conditions here. |

world war III brewingby saintaugustComment: As you will no doubt see when you are voting, glasses and reflections in glasses very rarely do well. The exceptions are technically perfect and artistic. By pointing that out I guess what I'm getting to is that this example doesn't really exhibit any of those qualities |

Tails or Tails ?by naomikComment: Macros of coins and other table top stuff rarely do well in DPC. We have all seen them over and over again. They are a favourite of the newcomers to DPC because they are a nice easy set up, something you can do in the kitchen or spare room.
They are really something to practice with, not something which is a competition image as such.
This example has blown highlights and hasn't really any great detail, the junction between the table top and the background also needs to be disguised somehow. |

Water Colors by NeilComment: Now isn't that just a perfect landscape?
Perfectly composed and the luxurious colours really do make this stand out as the obvious blue. Congratulations |
