I am not fond of the skin tones. The image is over sharpened making the hair look like wire and the skin looks like an old woman. Sorry, just being honest not trying to offend. Great detail in the eyes though.

I think it is a bit too busy. I can't see any real subject and your eye focuses on the sign which is partially covered.
