Actually the part above the nose looks sort of like a women's torso... with a fancy corset like dress or something.

Oooh, very interesting processing. I thought it would be a cool image from the thumbnail but the full size really has so much detail with the blurryness on the outer two and the grain in the middle... those things really add to the shots, I think.
