Meet me at midnightby Silent-ShooterComment: Hey Steve. I gave this a 7 in challenge. I think this image has a cool feel to it. The light works well on your model and the scenery. Good shadows and grain. What my eye desires from a composition perspective is a bit more space on the left hand side. Maybe enough to have the light centered up top. That may have allowed the full shadow of your model to play out in the scene and offer up an even darker image. Overall though a good image for this challenge IMO. |

untitled #35by keyzComment: One of my faves in the challenge. The colors, the blur, the shadows. All so lovely. |

98°by RKTComment: Brilliant capture. Had it just been the kid I would have kept on going but the lady in the shade is what grabbed me. Great contrast. |

"What Are Ya, Yeller?"by GeneralEComment: I would gladly sit down to this meal and chow down. From a foodie perspective this looks yummy. Photographically speaking it's not really grabbing me. It certainly is yellow. I may have edited it in a way to make the items int he dish stand out color wise - making the broccoli more green, carrots more orange, getting the colors to be more pronounced and fresh rather than just "yeller". But again - would love the invite over for dinner. ;) |

Clone of a Cinnabonby MattOComment: I think you may have had a stronger image if you had taken the picture from the top, allowing for a big square crop, using the plate as the background and filling the screen with cinnamon roll. The skinniness of the image doesn't do much for your presentation. Would gladly eat the roll though any day. ;) |

Pearl Tapioca Pudding and Smoked Tunaby neeshamComment: The smoked tuna sounds lovely, the pudding I would be willing to try. The image isnt grabbing me so much. Border is a bit heavy for my tastes, the drips on the plate (intentional or not) just look messy and the lighting doesn't do a whole lot for your tuna. Less bright and a slightly different presentation could have improved this image and highlighted your meal better. |
