Good colors and detail, but I gotta say that these types of shots really dont grab me. Odds are it is scoring very well, but it just leaves me wanting to move on to the next pic.

Even though I know whose this is I am going to vote on it. I didnt see it pre-challenge so this is still my first time seeing it. Great colors and detail. I am always in awe of how Kita has stepped up to the plate and is so willing in these shots. Great little poser (said in a very positive way). I hope Rowan follows in her shoes. Very nice image.

I like the colors and general composition of this shot. What I dont like is how dark the shadows are on the bottom. Most of the detail is lost (at least on my monitor - and mine tends to be a bit on the bright side). More light down there in PP could have made this a stronger image IMO. But a good find and good fit for the challenge.

I like that you caught a natural rainbow, but the colors on the rest of the image seem a bit heavy on the yellow side. A little more work on the colors of the landscape would have left you with a stronger image IMHO.

Oil on Asphalt

Interesting idea but a bit lacking overall. I think maybe if you had poured some water on it to get the rainbow in from the oil and water rather than just the oil and pavement you may have had a stronger image. As is though a bit flat as an image.
