Not a lot of contrast, a fact which is made even worse by the grey writing. Depending on what's in front of the first line of bales, there could be a great potential for a layered landscape (blue-brown-whatever). On the other hand there's a great mood in your picture.

As the journey within is the subject, I would have gone for a vertical format and a centered composition. I feel that the message would be more intensive. From the technical side it's great.

The message is a bit complex for a motivational poster but... such a great poem! And of course the perfect image to go along, with a strong composition and great tones.

A bit dull. Brilliants have to sparkle! For sure it's not easy, but you chose the subject :P

It's a great pose which creates lots of nice triangular shapes. But the noise is terrible.

I am a big fan of minimalist pictures, but this one does not work for me and I'm not sure why. I guess it's the lack of texture on the water.

The unfocused foreground draws a lot of attention and distracts from the subject. I know it's very hard in such a close macro, but I guess you could change the viewpoint.

I'm not a fan of the yellow color tint. The composition is nice. Maybe it could be a bit more dramatic with a wider lense or a lower view point, in order to enhance your title.

You found a perfect illustration of literal tenacity! The composition is great, very balanced, yet dynamic.
