Devoted Pairby robinssongComment: This is sooo touching to me. I believe the cardinals 'mate" for life and we had a pair around our yard & woods. Sadly , a few weeks ago , I found the female dead in the driveway. It seems like whenever I'm outside now, I hear the male calling her....
