Basically a good shot, but there are many significant differences to the original (color/bw, square crop/landscape crop, border/no border, deeper DOF/shallower DOF, dark book cover/bright book cover, nose invisible/visible, plain background/shaded background). Hair color you couldn't have changed of course.
Also, the eye seems to be dodged a bit much.

Manchmal wundert man sich, wo diese Bewertungen herkommen; ein 2er Bild ist das sicherlich nicht. Ich kann mir trotzdem nicht vorstellen, dass an diesem Bild dein Herzblut klebt, also vergiss es einfach und reich etwas Neues ein - für Free Study am besten etwas mit mehr mass-appeal.

Nur so zum Vergleich:
Platz 158, ø5.2672, also weit unter meinem Durchschnitt. An der Qualität kann's eher nicht liegen, das stammt aus einem bezahlten Shooting.
Mich ärgert daran nur, dass ich keinen einzigen Kommentar bekommen habe (das zweite mal bei 480 challenges), aber nächste Woche habe ich das auch vergessen :)
