The Doorby IAmEliKatzComment: Is this the one door that triggered discussions about the right to photograph aprivate property? Sorry if it's not, I just remember a discussion on the forum about it. |

I Feel - Small by Dr.ConfuserComment: Good use of symmetry and the human figure to illustrate the scale. If I think to the concept described by the title, I feel that a much closer view of the person, perhaps while gazing around at the imposing ceiling, could have conveyed the concept better. Good image. |

Windfarms on Marsby hotpastaComment: That kind of almost solidified sky is always a bit over the top for me, but here it works well in conveying the intended mood, as it does the contrasty PP.

Reflecting on the Pastby MAKComment: Very good BW. Not sure if emotive, but it's a good portrait of a certain England, I like it. 7 |

Reflections of the pastby Alex_PetriniComment: Very good framing, and I mean it. The concept is always interesting, even though not too new. I'll be honest. I don't find it very moving. I would have, perhaps, if the reflected oldies were obviously ramshackled, kind of suggesting that the new is on it's way to crush the old. Or if the reflected building were not imposing, if I could see and old past in the reflections, rather than something that comes from the past but is still here and, well mantained, will stay.
Sorry if perhaps sounds like a criticism, is more like a well meant suggestion.
Technically, very good job, I am just uncertain about the saturation, hue and loss of detail on the reflections, but it really is a matter of taste. |

The way to the pub toiletsby KfirLevAriComment: I like your take, certainly original and very true. Possibly I would have liked to see a bit more blurry details of the pub, not because of the building/structure requirements in the challenge description, but because it would have helped the image speaking even without a title. Then, it's all personal perception, and heavily dependent on the number of pints :) |

Past gloryby LevTComment: Impressive. Cambodia? I am a bit divided about this image. In order to find this moving, I need to think of myself walking surrounded by this amazing architecture and surroundings, in the silence, stopping by to examine the countless statues and details, to look at the looming trees and shade my face from the sun spearing them. To stop and reflect on how long silence came quietly living there, filling everything. The image evokes all of this with a certain effort on my part, and the help of countless documentaries and my very own memories. Perhaps not a defect of the image, but of the subject matter. Very good job in the B&W processing and framing. |

you againby bspurgeonComment: I love the real and implied geometries, and the black and white tratment. Contrast is excellent and well suiting, it reminds me of some Russian cinematography. The riddle, if there is one, is however lost on me.. |
