Ah, well you are over the 6.00 marker which is cool...although anything under your average is always frustrating. This shot is very effective because it's scary. The idea of suffocating like that is horrible and it well represented here. The lighting is super effective and highlights well the folds in the plastic bag caused by the suction in the mans attempts to breath. The facial expression is also good. One can see the worry in his eyes. My biggest problem is the crop. The shot is unbalanced. That whole left part is unnecessary in my opinion and it's a little tight under the mouth. So all in all I think this is a very powerful image, the only problem is the crop and I think it's underrated. I would have expected at least 6.3
