This image is very pixelated. Perhaps this happened when re-sizing. The colors are nice, and it looks like the focus was good, but it is hard to tell. The bottom of the image is not so bad but it really shows in the top portion.

There is a tutorial about resizing for dpc, please read it and don't give up.

Whats amazing here is that it even in this situation...the dog seems well taken care of. Great, but sad pic Joey.

My this is sad...and I just noticed the dog too :-(

Just wondering how you get to that point at that age..and where do you go from there?

Hi :-)

I have a feeling this is one of your first entries, and with that in mind I will say you did a very good job capturing the essence of Bokeh which is hard, and you did it without using a flower as a subject...even harder!

I will take a stab at some of the other comments that you may receive on the image - the dead space on the right will be an issue for some. Composing on thirds can visually be more appealing. You will get comments on the tilted horizon, because even when mine are 0.0001 percent off, someone will comment. With your image it is apparent by the unleveled ground line and the horizontal lines in the fence that are not level. Although the child seems straight and vertical enough, more will find issue with the horizon. This can be adjusted in just about all processing software. PM me if you have questions or ask in the forums, there is even a Photoshop Tutorial on fixing this. The last thing you may get comments about will be the playing field being over exposed causing you to loose much of detail in that area. But don't fret, these are all easy enough to fix for future submissions, so your score will do nothing but improve!
