Interesting! The fine detail in the beard and hair would likely be better served by a larger size of image, but there's nothing you can do about that here. Maybe a bit oversharpened, though my LCD is quite unforgiving when considering sharpness. Well done.

This is a very nice portrait. Have you considered a vertical orientation? I'd maybe like it better if the middle third were presented in portrait. The flame on the right side is a redundant element and a closer crop would add a sense of intimacy to the shot, whereas currently it's a bit distant.

Nice! Very sharp, excellent contrast between the yellow and the red and black of the fly. Not much DOF to work with here, and the focal plane is well-placed. I know how hard it is to catch them when they're still.

One of my few 10s. The hand gesture can mean several different things depending on where you are, and I like that it's open to interpretation. Depicts youth very well.

Beach

You've chosen a good subject. I think the composition could have been stronger by tweaking a few things, though. I'd like to see more space at the bottom. There's a nice layering of beach, water and sky and giving these an equal distribution would really bring out the contrast of the ordered land, sea and sky with the more chaotic driftwood. The rocks behind distract, as do the boats. It would also have served the subject well to take the photo at a time other than mid-day. Landscape shots always benefit from the light at dawn or dusk.
