Line Abstractby inshaalaComment: Heating element of some sort? The lack of a clear focus point makes it hard to wrap my head around what this might be, but the softness is pleasant. |

What's this?by keaComment: Metal spring in a clothespin. Nice textures in the wood, though a slightly larger dof would have captured it more clearly leaving a distinct contrast between wood and metal. Lighting is nice and soft too which I like. |

Day 20by breadfan35Comment: I thought of trevytrev when this popped up in the thread! Nicely done with the angle. I like that all of the reflections all merge at the one spot, and the focus is great. Nicely done. |

Ductworkby ElaineComment: How interesting! A great angle for this unique ductwork. I think if the trees weren't up there, I'd have a hard time wrapping my head around exactly what this was. |

Strange New Worldby pmichaudComment: A pinecone? The brown tones make me think pinecone, but the little pointy parts look more like a pineapple. But I'll stick with pinecone. Nicely composed with the tip on the rule of thirds. I think I'd like to see the focus brought just a bit further forward so the tip is more in focus. I like how the second one is mimicked in the background. |

Cratersby dcanossaComment: Golf ball? Nice transition of light to dark with the position of the lighting. A bit soft for my tastes. A simple border might work here to help contain the 'craters'. |

Sailing the Sepia Seasby JovanComment: Wrinkled pages of a book or newspaper that got wet? I like how the wavy patterns change slightly. A little grainy up near the top for my tastes, and I can't help but notice the print sticking out up there. |
