Looks like Fetor and I are on the same page with this one... one of my 10's in this challenge and had to come back to see how it did. I'm especially impressed at the difference in the "location" shot above and the final.. who would have thought something so beautiful with such vivid color was hiding in there! Great job! :)

Beautiful close up and great color. The blue background between the proboscis and his body looks different than the rest of the blue which seems a little strange. Still, a great shot.

Love the arrangement here... you clearly took the time to line up all the wicks so they pointed in the same direction which gives it a nice, clean look. Perfect choice of colors too for the challenge!

Adorable!! Good choice to put him on a yellow blanket to help boost that warm feel for this challenge. Lighting is a bit harsh, probably from the onboard flash. Perhaps just holding a piece of paper in front of the flash would help diffuse it a little?

Longing to be warm

This is lovely! The more I look at it, the more things I find interesting. The fish is perfectly placed, looking out of his bowl longingly, the colors in the cloth are all warm and fit the challenge perfectly, and the contrast in texture between the smooth bowl and the cloth is great too. Great job!
