Couplingby missxmiseryComment: Very simple shot to convey 'even', though perhaps a bit too centered for my tastes. I also think a slight tweak to the coloring would have brought out the colors of the sunset a bit more. |

Numeric Spheres by LimboComment: A nice example of how a very uneven (unsymmetrical) composition can still clearly convey the concept of even. |

sisters / evenly delicateby narcisaComment: My first reaction was "this isn't even (symmetrical) and did they really count all of those?" But I like the idea of each flower being even with the others. This shot really does portray the delicacy of the flowers, and I love the fresh colors and shallow dof. Beautiful job! |

50 Plymouthby popdeepopComment: Not quite sure how this was achieved, but it's an interesting abstract. The thing that bothers me most is the uneven coloring on the left and right, perhaps from the lighting? A nice example of when perfectly centering a shot works well. |

10 points of focusby cireComment: Great symmetry to this building, and I like the contrasting colors. It seems like this was taken from slightly off center, and that makes the center door/window frames just slightly off. I would have tried to shoot this as straight on as possible, while watching the reflection in the door. Also, a bit of a crop to the right to even up the shutters with the left would have made this even MORE even! Nice shot! |

Train #7694by ProwlerComment: Thinking in terms of "even" my eye is drawn to the sets of lights, windows, and wipers, and the 8 on the second train car, and even the areas of symmetry on the front of the train, but not as much to the idea of #7694 since it has those odd numbers in it. It's amazing how much "even" an be found in this shot. |

2 Rainbows, 6 Cadetsby mustang963Comment: Always nice to catch one of these double rainbows! I might have cropped this differently to take out the hydrant, which at first looked similar to the silhouettes of the people, or else to crop off a bit of the top where there is no rainbow, but raindrops on your window. |

Four ladies chattingby TammerComment: Definitely meets the challenge, and I like that there are even numbers of trees, and rocks in the background. Otherwise though, there isn't a lot here to hold my interest. The ladies all look pretty bored with the conversation from their body language. |

In Yellowby pncowleyComment: I like the simplicity of this shot. It allowed you to have an uneven (non-symmetrical) shot that still clearly conveyed the concept of even. I wish the lighting was a bit more even. |

Urban Four Squareby bobnospumComment: I like that you created an even (symmetrical) shot, and included the even numbers, so that every aspect met the challenge description. Like the acidic processing look too. |
