Hmm... Times Union, Maria College, Armory. Must be an upstate NY photographer. Creative, and a welcome changed from the plain white backgrounds. Nice use of color, pulling out the comics and creating a long page from them. I know it's a full length challenge, but I think the photo would work better if it were cut off before the legs. Something about the tone of her skin on the top/bottom is different and it feels unbalanced. Good luck!

Much about this photo is peaceful... the colors, the solitude, even the gentleness of the lapping waves. But something about the mans expression and stance makes him seem sad, distraught and deep in thought. It leaves me with a feeling of anxiousness and concern instead of peace. Overall though, a well done photo!

What a fun shot! Love the background too, really adds to the fun! I think a quick boost of the contrast would bring the darker areas to a more solid black and give the shot a crisper feel. Nicely done!

I thought this might be Union! I much prefer this shot over the one you entered in the fine arts challenge... the warmth of the light and the burst around the sun are fantastic here.

Love the bizarre-ness of the windows and the contrast. The best part is that you get little glimpses into the building with certain windows. Wonderful!

Great idea with the play on angles. Is that a no parking sign where the car is parked? And is the sign crooked? Lots of illusion here, and nice array of color.

Ahh, a structure I recognize! A bit too much processing for my tastes when it leaves the halos around the edges of everything. Definitely one of the most unusual buildings in the area though, and perfect for the challenge.
