Nicely spotted ... great composition and light. I'm wondering if isolating the flower in the upper right corner against only the wet tarmac using a portrait (vertical) orientation and would make this one even stronger, as the snow (salt?) on the left keeps pulling my eye away from the main subject. When I narrow my browser window to "crop" the image to portrait as described, it really stands out!

I like the concept, although the backlighting seems to "edge harsh". I'd love to see this done again with softer -- but still subtle -- light flowing along the contours of the woman's face/neck/shoulder.

Dart shadow :/

Great use of light ... the shadow and texture make this much stronger than if it'd been just the orange dart against white wall. The right corner is a bit too hot the image lacks a bit of contrast, IMO, though the minimal editing rules created some hurdles to overcome there.
