One Tree hill!by vikasComment: I'm not sure the zoom effect has worked for you here, I felt the composition alone was strong enough to have carried this. |

Bareby HaakonComment: I love compositions like these and I typically like them to be a little on the dark side, but the vignette here is too overpowering even for me. |

Bent But Not Broken by jrjrComment: Post work feels too CGI animated. I do love the composition though. Stunning find. |

Tenacityby madhatterComment: Hmmm... I think I would have panned a bit more to the left for this. The rocks being directly behind the tree, seem to distract. I do like the layering in the bg mountains though. Nice work. |

Between the Peaksby jfwolpertComment: Why is the sky lighter around the tree? Still, I like the simplicity of this composition, bump. |

The Wedding Treeby Bear_MusicComment: The sky feels sorta washed out compared to the strong foreground colour. Good comp though. Do you have a shooting buddy? ;) Saw a similar scene a little while ago... |

If we pull this off!by CaltropComment: Since this isn't actually an outtake - that would imply that you had entered the challenge in question and are showing variations of the submitted image or alternative choices. Since you are not doing either, I'll comment and vote.
Love it. Very funny indeed :D The exposure's not quite right though, but would have given it an 8 all the same.
Cheers

Growing Up In The Cityby EssAreDubyaComment: I see where you're going with this, but I find my attention on the buildings rather than the tree. Or is that the point? |

A stately calmby Trumpeteer4Comment: An odd mix of oversharpening and blur. Pity about the overexposed sky, but I do like the muted colour in the foreground. |

Lighting of the Treeby camphanComment: A long exposure that's quite different from the norm. Not sure what type of camera you're using, but it doesn't give you a high enough res and the pixel distortion is obvious. |
