Not sure I like what's happened to the leaves in this, no texture. It's a nice enough composition but a little on the boring side. Overcast daylight could be the culprit?

For a seascape, the colours are a bit dull and flat. Also, with no symmetry between the top and bottom halves of the image, the horizon should really be moved off center (and straightened) I think. Exaggerate the perspective next time by getting lower to the ground and either pointing the lens slightly toward the ground, or toward the sky.
