Take the shot from a lower angle so the kids and the skyscapers almost blend into one another. Focus in closer, perhaps zoom in so you have kids take up a greater part of the picture. If you have a backlight (sun behind the kids), a silhouette of the kids can make an impactful image. Sorry, I have to give you a 4.

The lighting here is a bit troublesome. The reflections are not very obvious and take up too little of the picture. The other elements in the picture crowded it out.

Too many elements in the picture. Quite confusing. You've got these nice adverts hanging from the poles. Focus one one, and juxtapose with an object that represents city life, say a tall building with interesting architecture and you might be able to do better.

This could be so much better. Its a very good idea. Crop distracting background, trees, lampost, overexposed sky. Zoom in on atheletes. Take from a different perspective, e.g. from their backs with the blue waters forming most of the picture.
