I love this picture. Its a bit soft and I guess to some the background might be a bit distracting, if this had been advanced you could have darkened it some more. great lighting and a perfect expression. You might have wanted to shift the camera to the right some so she is on the left side of the frame, just because that is the way she is facing, kind of leads us out of the picture. Oh yes, and we must have the feet. I think this fits the challenge perfectly and poo on anyone who says otherwise :)

I think i agree with some of the comments, it is an interesting concept, i believe if it had more of a body shape to it or looked like it was coming up from the body rather than just hanging in a blob above it, might have done better.

what a beautiful image, the angle i think just works perfect here, its accented by the pose of the dancers. I like the desaturation, though if this were advanced Id say to seperate them from the background to make the color of the skirts more even.
