This is really strong. I understand your desire to include the surroundings, but the shot would have been even more powerful if the viewer could more clearly make out the text on the memorial.

There's a mild problem of anatomy here. Ther positioning of the legs suggests that the model is standing straight up, but if that was the case, her arms would need to be about 5 feet long. It's a great shot, and great composition, but I just can't get my head around the physical impossibility of it.
As it is, I'll give you an 8, but it would be a 10 if it didn't look so awkward.

Wow! Somehow you didn't loose all the fine detail of this scene with such a wide shot and the limitation on photo size imposed by DPC. Great colors and lighting.

I like this shot a lot, but there's something a little fake about it... the glowing cross on the top of the building is the biggest sign that there's something wrong here.
