Father-Son Bondingby kingduck777Comment: Lacks sharpness and focus. Also, I would suggest trying a background, even if its just sheets of construction paper or poster board, to eliminate distracting backgrounds. It looks like you just set this on your dining room table and took a snapshot. |

a boy & his dogby melodeeComment: It's a moderatley interesting portrait, but it's link to the challenge (which specified actual cheese) isn't there. It also looks quite washed out as a B&W... I wonder if you couldn't have added more contrast in the post processing (or left it color). |

Try harder!by psychephylaxComment: This is just a great photo. The scene is just so whimsical and cute. The sharpness and detail are incredible. This photo tells a story, and even if it is a comedy instead of the moody dramas preferred by DPC, I love it. 10! |

You Are What You Eat! by manic35Comment: I know this scene all too well! :)
I love the white, the negative space... I love his eyes neatly in a 'rule of thirds' intersection. I love everything about this photo. You can't improve on perfection! 10! |

On Dangerous Ground by fadedbeautyComment: This is just a phenominal photograph. The sharpness is just incredible on the mouse and the central mouse trap and the colors are just incredible. Great job, I can't imagine how to improve it. 10! |

Double Cheese!by laindComment: Technically, it lacks overall sharpness.
Artistically, it fails to "tell a story" or otherwise hold my interest. |

Puppy in a blanketby confusedComment: This is just a supremely odd idea, and not very visually appealing. I mean, why cover a puppy in cheese? The puppy looks so young that I feel bad that he was taken out of his mother's care for this shot. Finally, technically speaking, I would prefer more Depth Of Field so that at least the puppy's head was in focus. |
