Day 25 Chesterfield Villageby ElaineComment: I love these small town shots, the things people think they want when they're "designing" their living ("Oh! I know! A clock tower, yes, yes, a clock tower!). Nicely captured. |

Day 23by renegade1966Comment: The conversion looks great, with wonderful sky to work with, and nice texture in the building. Really nice range of tones, as well. Nicely done! |

Day 22 Lake Chapalaby ValdoComment: I like this shot; the colors are great, but so are the lines and the composition. The pier/dock coming into the shot from the left is really effective and anchors the shot nicely to my eyes. |

Day 22: Frozen Potomacby levyj413Comment: Great shot, and well processed, though the memorial comes through a little stark, I think (you really notice it if you switch from the original to the processed and back again). I like it when you include the original, it lets me see what things looked like at the start, and compare them. Thanks for that! |

Day 21by renegade1966Comment: You've done a nice job of showing off that truck, that's for sure. But I agree with Karen, it's clean -- too clean for my liking ;) A great, fun shot! |

Day 22 - Size Matters!by meyersComment: Again, excellent composition (like Karen said), and good job with the exposure. I think the higher f/stop here really helped, as the whole thing is nice and sharp. |

Day 22 - Base of Sears Towerby meyersComment: Nice perspective (again, this your third shot I'm seeing today, and it seems I like your eye); good job handling the glass, which can be a nightmare: here there is some light but nice reflection of clouds in the archway window, but it's not too bright overall. Nicely handled. |

Day 22 - Under the Tracksby meyersComment: I hate it when the train operators won't run on my shooting schedule! I like this, there are some really interesting plays of light and shadow among the strong lines. |

Day 22 - Adams and Wellsby meyersComment: This is a nice shot; I'm particularly fond of the angle you chose, which works really well. A smaller f/stop might have brought more of it into focus (something around 11, maybe), but it looks like the lighting wouldn't have allowed that without a tripod, maybe. |

Day 22by karmatComment: I really like the blue sky, too; I have no idea what blue sky 0 0 0 means (the techniques and the language here sometimes baffle me completely; but so does life in general, I guess). I love the shot, it's very striking, and I love the story, which is also striking (snakes, striking . . . get it? Sorry, bad, I know). |
