Only Yellow Ones...?by briphotoComment: darkening the yellow might reduce the glare and make the M's show better... do it a little at a time in layers for the best results |

Chancellors meal ?by micrixComment: yes there is yellow, but with everything else going on, the color doesn;t really dominate enough.. and it should for the challenge... plus the knife seems to be the dominant figure and it isn't all that interesting... nice lighting and focus though! |

I'm Outta Here!by casualguyComment: yes the mm is yellow, but the color is not dominant enough for this weeks theme... even out of focus, taz seems to be the dominant subject... however I can see that you inended shallow DoF and you did acheieve that to the T. nice job |

The Lookby nathaliedooComment: use some closeup filters or back the camera up just a little..that way focus will be easier to achieve... if your intention was soft focus here, it doesn\'t work, as macros are about detail... plus the heavy saturation makes it look like digital art and not photography... try saturating the color a little at a time and in layers for a more natural loom... adjust color lightness/darkness helps with this too |

It wasn't me!by kiwinessComment: contrast needs adjusting so the black background is washed out and all you see is black negative space.... needs sharper focus too... |

Alone in the Light by indigo997Comment: cliche' perfection! with lighting and contrast and DoF like this, you should score really well... the subject presentation however is only standard... if you can over come having a standard presentation of subject for such a superior shot, you might do really really well in the challenge... depends on the voters moods I guess.. good luck! |
