My first impression when your image popped up was that it reminded me of a painting from the "old masters." (DaVinci, Michaelangelo, etc.) I really like the texture of the veil (and I'm usually not a fan of veil shots). Excellent lighting and composition as well. Great eyes! Very sweet photo. Had the hat been back just a bit more so more of the eye was visible, I would have scored it higher. I also notice the blurred white area behind her, which is a little distracting. Overall though, I think it's a cute photo and the border works well.
