i see fear in this person's left eye (the right side of the pic) but not the right eye. i see kind of sadness in the right eye. interesting how lighting can change our interpretation of expressions like this.
and, i agree with pineapple, the nose really disturbs me as well. especially the distortion due to light is what is disturbing about it.

i thought there was something more i liked in this picture but didn't see it before. looking at it again, i just realized the repetition of the arc from the magazine to the bridge in the background. i like repeating shapes.
