This one NEARLY hits home :) Definitely meets the challenege - I have no doubt where you are from! I'm your neighbor, about 180 miles to the east. This is a great, classic shot, of the Alamo. The shot has excellent clarity, and is very level. Any particular reason on the B&W? I think a bit of color in the sky, would be a perfect contrast for this picture... 8 - JB

Neat place that you live! I think the use of b/w in this photo, works well. It definitely cuts down on the color, and emits a feeling of... tranquility as you put it :) This shot is quite pleasing to the eye.... 7 - JB

Very nice photograph.... Nice DOF. The subject itself is very clear and focused. The plants/flower behind liven up the picture, enrichening the background just enough. That's an excellent bottle to use for this shot! - 8 - JB
