Tailgatin'by RKTComment: fun photo. like the composition. i don't know if this was intentional but the background looks like it was hit with a blur/softglow effect in certain areas, and the blur effect is a bit distracting to my eye. |

'Celebrate the love of your life'by terjeComment: great sentiment. interesting how the reflections of the travelers fade against the reflection of the poster. i would have enjoyed seeing a tighter shot of the two reflections...the mundane travelers and the colorful lovers. they get lost in the expanse of wall and floor, in my eye. |

Celebrate Individuality!by puzzledComment: oh my gosh, such a great photo! LOVE the composition. if anything, the sky reflection in the pond may be a bit light/bright, making it difficult for my eye to really focus on these adorable birds. such a charming photo! |

ROTC Members Holding The Flagby eaglebeckComment: aah! rotc flashbacks! make them stop! aaargh....
: )
i really like the pride and delight you see in the cadets' faces. the cropping choice works well for the image you selected. i wish that those boys would have looked as happy as those charming girls... |

The New Dayby MAKComment: my boyfriend would argue that the boats would be cause to celebrate...
: )
like how that foremost boat is at the diagnal in this pic. pleasing composition. i wonder how this would look as a b&w? |

Celebrating fun times!by stare_at_the_sunComment: i don't know if you are using a blur effect or if the model is a bit out of focus, but the blur detracts from the photo just a bit, in my eye. the lighting is nice on her, and i love the light you captured in her eyes. charming smile, too. i also notice that as i look at this image, i'm self-cropping it to be a tighter shot of the model (less on top & rt side). a nice soft image. |

Having a Hand to Holdby dsa157Comment: cute pic. nicely framed. like the choice of facing away, and both standing (instead of walking). |

Take the Time to Take the Timeby alien2thisworldComment: i like the sentiment of this photo. i would have liked to see this shot with softer light and a darker background. the shadow against the light background makes the photo look harsher than the concept feels, and the shadow distracts from the nice form of the rose. another thing that i keep noticing is that the card is in these nice warm tones, and the rose has these nice cool tones, but the two elements seem to stay separate, i think, mainly because of the conflicts in color tone. |
