Blending into the Artworkby basia03Comment: Paul Klee on the wall is great. Red heads remind me of a quote from Still Life with Woodpecker by Tom Robbins which is ".......red heads are from Mars" |

Parallel Universeby cabaComment: Great view of this sculptural environment. Composition is preaty good, and play of the sunlight on the panels adds a lot. I like this place. |

===by MikeOComment: Superior title! The moss growing on the fence is interesting and unusuall. Strange camera angle here. The centered vertical orientation of the barbed wire is not ordinary compared to the usuall horizontal view. I enjoy looking at the fence this way, and makes me wonder if this picture has been turned on end. Tight little border is a nice subtle addition to the image. |

Open Cup Mushroom by e301Comment: Open Cap Mushroom is exemplary, but highest complements for your success... to review every picture of the challenge. Every sentence is thoughtful! A daunting task and hard work, but everyone who received your words was rewarded with insight and encouragement. Each one is a fine model of an accomplished short critique writing style - worthy to study & emulate. Congratulations for your ribbon! |

"riet"by middelboschComment: riet - Real Estate Institute of Tasmania or real estate investment trust. Probably not. Unusuall word for a basket weave. Another meaning for the word according to my dictionary is sedge or seaweed [Prov. Eng.] I can see how this may have been woven from those materials....... Maybe it is a word which relates to some type of weaving? Regardless of your title definition, your picture is sharp and clear, colours appear to be accurate. Exposure is beautiful, with shadow detail and highlights totally legible. Nice traditional subject matter. Message edited by author 2004-02-25 00:15:58. |

cataclysmic tamingby xburnerxComment: Top lit soft edged material, maybe q-tips or something woven, bunched into the more or less centered triangle on the black back has great detail. The hardly noticable depth of field and the sepia add something extra.... well done piece. |
