New Orleans: In Memoriamby lshlesComment: Very meaningful. I personally think this would have looked even better in B&W and using a lighter background. It would make the contrasting colors stand out better. The gold background does not compliment the child's skin tones very well (especially the red hair). and the colors appear a little oversaturated. |

The 'Support' Firefighterby saintaugustComment: Excellent action shot. Good capture of the water and mist. Great lighting and contrast. One thing, I think I would have liked to see the fire that they are fighting. Kind of looks like they are sitting in the middle of the street playing with the hose. Also, the bright yellow border is very distracting. |
