The soft focus works very, very well in this image, but it looks like it was accomplished using a blur tool. Looking at it, the bottom left and a small portion of the bottom middle being left in focus looks like tool usage ratehr than lens usage. Either way, nicely composed, and pretty well done. THe focused corner is almost distracting.

This composition instantly pulls the eye almost throught the tail light and into the rest of the frame. Very well seen and composed. The lighting and foacus are also flawless. This one should finish well.

Intersting subjects, but the lighting is a bit too harsh to pull this one off. Both are nicely focused and I like the way it seems that they are looking at each other. Perhaps a bit of fill flash would have improved the lighting, but chances are that shooting them at a different time of day would have been the best solution.

While I like the choice of subject you made here, I think that the horse butt is a bit too prominent. I think shifting your position or just waiting for them to move would have greatly improved this shot. Your DOF use is well done and isolates the crisp subject from the blurred background.

Very nice, and I have no idea how you did this. Very creative and very nicely lit. I think cropping jsut a bit off the right would have made this one even better. Nice job!

Wow! Very nice. Perfect focus, nice coloring and great composition. My only criticism is the small black object intruding into the frame at the top. A little bit of cloning and this one would be near perfect.

Nice capture, and cool use of the starlight camera filter. I think this one would heve been even better without the sky in the frame. The chrome almost gets lost in the brightness of the sky.

No Gasper that day, huh? I am assuming that the is the Georgia Aquarium, but could be worng. Either way, very nicely done, especially with the lighting conditions you were faced with inside any aquarium. Nice exposure and great composition. One of my favorites in this challenge so far. My only small complaint is that the lone tail at the top of the frame is a bit distracting. Very nice overall.

I like the way the fence draws the veiwer's up and in through the image. I see a full tonal range, but I feel that some of the fence and barn are too bright and some too dark. The sky is nicely exposed, and I like the depthe of field.
