	My little Gem by muz64 Comment: I like the shallow depth of field, but the main point of focus seems to be more on his nose than his eyes. Also, the crop adds an unnecessary anxiety to the frame being so tight on his head and chopping off his fingers. Great start, but I'd like to see this one with better execution.

	Industrial Door Contractors: Machinist by Rook3000 Comment: Environmental portraits are among some of my favorites, especially when you can get inside of the everyday, blue-collar worker's life. This one is one of my favorites from the challenge thus far. Nice capture of a very interesting machinist.
