I voted earlier.coming back to comment. I've only seen a couple float through my yard when I'm paying attention. It's the length and coolness of their flash that catches your eye. There is something so pure about fireflies, magic even. This is lovely.

I am a total texture loving sort of person, but I keep wondering what this would look like without the woven sort texture going on here. For me it doesn't add anything to the image. Maybe a different texture confined more to the edges could work? I do love her peaceful demeanor juxtaposed with the vibrance and energy of the wings.
